Our Step Classes are a great way to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and tone the lower body. Step is a low-impact exercise that is suitable for all fitness levels and ages. The intensity of the workout can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the height of the step, the tempo of the music, and the complexity of the choreography.
